How can I change my JioFiber Postpaid plan?

You can easily change your JioFiber Postpaid plan using either Jio.com or MyJio app.
Using Jio.com:
  • Visit www.jio.com and log in with your Registered Mobile Number (RMN).
  • Click on ‘View Plan’ under your JioFiber account details.
  • Select ‘Change Plan’.
  • Browse and choose the new plan you’d like to switch to.
  • Make a payment for the selected plan to confirm your change.
Using the MyJio app:
  • Open the MyJio app and tap on 'JioHome'.
  • Navigate to the ‘Plan’ tab.
  • Tap on ‘Plan Details’ and click 'Change Plan'.
  • Select your preferred plan from the available options.
  • Proceed to make the payment for your new plan.
Once the payment is complete, your new JioFiber Postpaid plan will be activated automatically at 00:00 hrs the next day.
