Billing & Payments FAQ
What is my JioFiber Postpaid bill cycle and can I change it?
Your JioFiber Postpaid bill cycle is fixed based on the day your JioFiber connection gets activated. Jio assigns one of six bill cycles — 1st, 6th, 11th, 16th, 21st, or 26th of every month — and you can’t change this bill cycle after your connection is active.
You can easily check your JioFiber bill cycle anytime in the MyJio app or on Jio.com under the Billing section.
The bill cycle helps you know:
- When your monthly bill will be generated
- When payment is due
- How your usage is counted within each cycle
If you want more control over your bill payments, you can also:
- Set up auto-pay using UPI, credit card, or debit card
- View past bills and download statements
- Track real-time usage in the MyJio app
