Billing & Payments FAQ
How much late fee will be charged if I am unable to pay my JioFiber Postpaid bill by the due date?
If you miss your JioFiber Postpaid bill due date, a late fee of ₹100 or 2% of the total outstanding amount, whichever is higher, will be applied.
This late fee will appear in your next month’s JioFiber Postpaid bill. This charge helps keep your account active and ensures uninterrupted service.
Your JioFiber connection will normally stay on, but repeated delays may impact your credit limit or future billing preferences.
