How do I get an invoice for the payment made during JioFiber installation?
Your JioFiber installation invoice is sent automatically to the registered email ID you provided when placing your order. This email ID remains your official contact for all JioFiber billing and payment updates.
You can also download your JioFiber invoice anytime from the MyJio app:
- Open the MyJio app on your phone.
- Tap on 'Home' and then, on the 'Profile' option at the top right corner.
- Go to 'Fiber Settings' and select 'Service Settings'
- Select 'Security Deposit'.
- Tap 'Download' to get your invoice copy.
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder. You can also verify or update your registered email ID in the MyJio app under 'Profile Settings'.
