How can I make the payment for my JioFiber Postpaid connection if it is barred or suspended due to Non-Payment of Dues?
You can pay your JioFiber Postpaid bill even if your connection is barred or suspended due to non-payment of dues. Jio keeps all payment options active so you can clear dues quickly and restore your services.
You can make your JioFiber payment through the MyJio app, Jio.com, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), credit/debit card and net banking.
Once you pay the outstanding amount, your JioFiber Postpaid connection is usually restored within a few minutes.
Here are the steps to pay on the MyJio app:
- Open MyJio and sign in with your JioFiber number.
- Tap 'Home' on the dashboard and select 'Pay Now'.
- Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
Steps to pay on Jio.com:
- Go to Jio.com and sign in.
- Open the JioFiber section and click 'Pay Bill'.
- Select a payment mode and finish the transaction.
