Can I change my JioFiber Postpaid plan to JioFiber Prepaid?
No, you cannot migrate from a JioFiber Postpaid plan to a JioFiber Prepaid plan, right now. We will notify you in the MyJio app or by SMS as soon as this migration option becomes available.
Why this matters
You cannot switch directly because Postpaid and Prepaid billing, activation, and plan-management systems are different. This helps avoid billing or service interruptions while we add the migration feature.

What you can do now
- If you want to move to a Prepaid plan immediately, you will need to close your Postpaid account and then activate a new JioFiber Prepaid connection.
- Contact JioCare for help with the closure and activation process.
- Keep your contact details updated in the MyJio app so you receive the migration update as soon as it’s launched.
- Check current JioFiber plans and offers in the MyJio app before switching to find the best Prepaid option for your needs.
