How do I activate Netflix that comes bundled with my JioFiber plan?
If your JioFiber plan includes a Netflix subscription, you can activate it in just a few steps. You can use MyJio, Jio.com, or your Jio Set Top Box (STB) to start using Netflix on your JioFiber connection.

Steps to activate Netflix through MyJio or Jio.com (Recommended)
- Open the MyJio app or visit Jio.com and log in to your JioFiber account.
- On the top of the home page, look for the Netflix 'Activate Now' banner.
- Tap or click 'Activate Now'. You will be redirected to Netflix.com.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link your existing Netflix account or create a new Netflix account if you don’t have one.
- Once linked, your Netflix subscription will be activated under your JioFiber plan, and billing will be managed by Jio.

Steps to activate Netflix through the Jio Set Top Box
- Launch the Netflix app on your TV screen from your Jio Set Top Box.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link your existing Netflix account or create a new Netflix account if you don’t have one.
- Once completed, your Netflix service will be activated through your JioFiber plan benefits.
Good to know:
Your Netflix plan depends on the JioFiber plan you have subscribed to.
After activation, your Netflix billing is handled by JioFiber, so you won’t be charged separately by Netflix.
If you upgrade your JioFiber plan, your Netflix plan benefits may also be upgraded automatically (depending on eligibility).
You can enjoy Netflix across devices like TV, mobile, tablet, or laptop, as long as your JioFiber plan includes Netflix access.
