Installation FAQ

JioCentrex (intercom services) is available only for buildings, societies, or RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations) and cannot be availed of individually. To subscribe, the society’s RWA representative can register their interest through this link, directly call the JioFiber sales team for the society, or use the short-code facility from a Jio mobile number. Committee consent from the RWA is required to initiate the service.
