Can I change my JioFiber plan/offer after activation?
Yes, you can change your JioFiber plan any time after activation through MyJio application or Jio.com.
While requesting for a plan change, you need to pay advance payment + GST of the selected plan and duration. This payment shall be adjusted in the upcoming bills.
The new plan shall be effective from 00:00 hrs of the next day.
Please note - bill plan change option is available only once a billing cycle.
