Can I change my JioFiber plan or offer after activation?

  1. Open the MyJio app, go to 'Home', and tap on 'Plan details'.
  2. Tap on 'Change plan'. You will see all the plans that are eligible for change.
  3. Select the plan you want and complete the payment.
When you request a JioFiber plan change:
  • You will need to pay the advance rental and GST for the new plan and duration you select.
  • The amount you pay will be adjusted in your future bills, so nothing goes to waste.
  • Your new plan will start from 00:00 hrs the next day, ensuring a smooth transition without service interruption.
This allows you to instantly unlock higher speeds, more OTT apps, or enhanced Digital TV benefits if you choose an upgraded plan.
