I am not able to see the JioFiber broadband only plans while opting for a plan change. How do I see them?
You are currently active on a JioFiber plan which comes along with an STB device and complementary OTT subscriptions. In case you want only broadband plans, you will have to surrender the Jio STB by reaching out to Jio Customer Service.
