Can I link and manage multiple numbers?
Yes, the MyJio app and the ‘My Account’ section on Jio.com allows you to link and manage multiple Jio numbers. For linked accounts, you can view the balance, validity, usage details, etc., for all your services and do recharges. Given below are the steps:

Using the MyJio app:
  • Sign into the MyJio app
  • Tap on the Mobile or Fiber icons on the homepage. Tap on 'Link new account' and select the product type
  • To link a new mobile – enter the number which you want to link and validate the OTP
  • To link a JioFi or JioLink number – enter the Jio number which you want to link and validate the OTP.
  • To link a JioFiber service – enter your registered mobile number or service ID which you want to link and validate the through OTP received on the registered mobile number

You will get a confirmation after the successful addition of the account. Now, you can select the added account from the ‘Switch account’ option and manage the linked services

Using Jio.Com
  • Log in with OTP
  • Click on the drop-down option on the tab carrying your Jio number
  • Click on 'Add account' and enter the Jio number you wish to add and click on 'Get OTP'
  • Enter the OTP which you have received on the registered mobile number against the Jio number which you entered
  • You will get a confirmation after the successful addition of the account. Now, you can select the added account from the dropdown and manage your linked services
