While using the JioSmartLiving app, device status is shown as offline, what shall I do?
Please follow the below guide for that:
- If the device is powered by electricity, please check the power supply to the device.
- If the device is battery-powered, then battery might need to be replaced.
- If the device is connected via Smart Hub, then check the power supply and internet connection to the Hub.
- If the device is connected via Smart Mini Hub, then check whether the Hub is properly connected to the Jio Router.
- If it is connected properly, then check the power supply and internet connection to the Jio Router. With all the proper connections, the hub’s LED light should be stable blue.
- If the problem persists despite the above checks, please contact Support Centre for resolution.
