JIO ANNIVERSARY OFFER

I. OFFER DESCRIPTION

‘Jio Anniversary Offer’ is a limited period loyalty Offer offered on the basis of terms and conditions herein-below contained (“Offer”) by Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited having its registered office at - 101, Saffron, Near Centre Point, Panchwati 5 Rasta, Ambavadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006 INDIA (“Company” / RJIL” / “Jio”).

II. DEFINITIONS

  1. “Company” means Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited and/or such of its affiliates, associates, representatives or service providers as may be nominated by RJIL from time to time;
  2. “Eligible Device” shall mean any device owned and/or sold by any third-party vendor, distributor or other authorized seller, as maybe approved by RJIL from time to time during the Offer Period, and which is purchased and activated on Jio Network for the first time, during the Offer Period.
  3. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) purchases an Eligible Device during Offer Period; (ii) is an existing or new subscriber of RJIL’s mobility services or ports-in to RJIL’s mobility services; (iii) is a citizen of India; (iv) shall not be of an unsound mind; (v) shall not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court orders etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship; and (vi) shall not have been subject of any criminal proceeding.
  4. “Anniversary offer Recharge” shall mean a valid recharge with plan benefits as stated in Annexure A to these terms and conditions. The plan benefits will be eligible 6 Anniversary offer Recharge cycles of 28 days each;
  5. “MyJio App” shall mean the application on which the Offer Vouchers are credited and made available by RJIL and/or its affiliates to the Eligible Subscribers.
  6. “Benefits” shall mean the benefits made available by the Company to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer, and as detailed hereinbelow.
  7. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIL prepaid services.
  8. “IMEI” shall mean the unique International Mobile Equipment Identity number of the Eligible Device;
  9. “JIO SIM” shall mean the prepaid subscriber identification module card made available to the Eligible Subscribers, to enable services provided by RJIL.
  10. “FRC” shall mean first recharge carried out for activation of JIO SIM, whether new JIO SIM or MNP JIO SIM.
  11. “Recharge” shall mean a valid recharge of RJIL’s mobility services carried out by existing subscriber to avail the Offer
  12. “MNP” shall mean Mobile Number Portability from other telecom service providers to RJIL’s mobility services.
  13. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
  14. “Offer Period” shall mean the period as stated in clause II below.
  15. “SIM” mean a subscriber identification module card, made available to the Eligible Subscribers, to enable services provided by RJIL.
  16. “Offer Vouchers” such offer vouchers which are made available or offered or provided by RJIL, its affiliates or by any third party to the Eligible Subscriber.
  17. “Benefit Period” shall mean the period starting from the date of FRC upto the continuous next 6 (six) Recharges.

III. OFFER PERIOD

The Offer shall be valid from 00:01 Hours of 15th September 2026 through 23:59 Hours of 20th October, 2026, for a limited period, or as may be extended or terminated by RJIL in its sole discretion from time to time.

IV. PARTICIPATION

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, purchases and activates an Eligible Device, shall be entitled to participate in the Offer and avail the Benefits.

V. OFFER BENEFITS

Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled for a maximum of 6 (six)Anniversary offer Recharge, subject to Eligible Subscriber meeting eligibility criteria as stated below and strictly adheres to these Offer terms and conditions. The Eligible Subscriber will be entitled for Offer Vouchers as more particularly as listed in Annexure B, the Offer Voucher will be governed by Offer Voucher terms and conditions as may be stipulated by respective merchants and RJIL and any of its affiliates are not liable for any product or service deficiency availed by the Eligible Subscriber pursuant to Offer Vouchered.

VI. PROCEDURE TO AVAIL BENEFITS

A. Benefits Eligibility

  1. The mobile number for which the Recharge is made or the mobile number on which a RJIL prepaid plan is active will be used to identify the Eligible Subscriber as a unique identification number.
  2. The Eligible Subscriber who successfully purchases an Eligible Device during Offer Period , shall be eligible to participate in the Offer and avail the Benefits.
  3. The Eligible Subscriber shall carry out FRC to activate the new JIO SIM or MNP JIO SIM or Recharge of existing JIO SIM on Eligible Device.
  4. To avail any Benefits under the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber shall be subject to the terms and conditions available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/jio-bharat-10th-anniversary-offer/
  5. To avail Benefits, an Eligible Subscriber must purchase and activate an Eligible Device during Offer Period.
  6. Benefits will be available only to existing JIO SIM, or new JIO SIM or MNP latched with IMEI of Eligible Device (that is, unique combination of IMEI & MSISDN pair, both activated during Offer Period).
  7. Eligible Subscribers whose MSISDN and IMEI pairing check (unique combination) is mismatches/failed shall not be eligible for Offer Benefits.
  8. Eligible Subscriber shall ensure that, the JIO SIM is inserted in SIM Slot 1 and/or primary SIM slot of Eligible Device, at all times during the Benefit Period.
  9. In the event RJIL is not able to carry out Recharge(s) during the Benefit Period for the reasons other than non-eligibility of the Eligible Subscriber then the entitled of the Eligible Subscriber for Recharge(s) will be decided by RJIL on case to case basis at its sole discretion.
  10. Company shall have the absolute right, at all times, to determine the successful participation of an Eligible Subscriber under the Offer for successful purchase of the Eligible Device and make available, at the Company’s sole discretion, the Benefit.
  11. Company shall notify the Eligible Subscriber regarding the Benefits via an SMS.
  12. The procedure for availing the Benefits under the Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. Non-conformance by any Eligible Subscriber(s) to the Terms and Conditions will disqualify him/her from availing the Benefits, immediately, as the case may be.

B. Manner in which Benefits will be made available to Eligible Subscriber

  1. Eligible Subscriber needs to ensure that, he/she maintains the unique combination of IMEI & MSISDN pair, during the Benefit Period. Upon successfully maintaining such unique combination for a period of 1 (one) Recharge cycle, 1 (one) Recharge shall be credited and activated to Eligible Subscriber’s JIO SIM by RJIL.
  2. Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled for a maximum of 6 (six) Recharges during the Benefit Period, subject to maintaining such unique combination for a consecutive and continuous period.
  3. Benefits credited and/or activated to Eligible Subscriber’s JIO SIM cannot be accumulated or carried forward.
  4. Benefits under the Recharge cannot be transferred, assigned or sold, exchanged for cash or otherwise.
  5. Unutilized Benefits under the Recharge shall be lapsed after completion of Recharge cycle.
  6. Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another Eligible Device or device or SIM, except for the specific warranty-replacement process described below or communicated by Company and/or its affiliates from time to time.
  7. SIM replacement due to loss or damage is permitted only through the approved RJIL JIO SIM replacement process and subject to backend verification.
  8. For replacement of Eligible Device under applicable warranty through DRS/authorised service centre, the remaining benefit may be transferred to the replacement device after backend approval and IMEI mapping. No transfer should apply for a customer-initiated device change outside the applicable warranty replacement process.
  9. Any attempts to misuse the Offer, Benefits, etc. through IMEI tampering, cloning, unauthorised software modification or fraudulent activation may result in cancellation of the Offer Benefits.
  10. Company may reject or discontinue Benefits in situations where backend checks by Company and/or its affiliates and/or Persons authorised by Company, indicate suspected fraud, duplicate claims or violation of these terms and conditions.
  11. Bulk purchases of Eligible Devices or multiple activations that are identified through backend checks by Company and/or its affiliates and/or Persons authorised by Company, as non-genuine may be blocked.
  12. This Offer and/or Benefits does not extend or change the warranty provided for the Eligible Devices.
  13. Eligible Device warranty and after-sales service continue under the standard warranty terms and conditions as applicable for the Eligible Devices.
  14. Network availability, service quality and application experience remain subject to coverage and technical limitations.
  15. Eligible Subscriber KYC/Aadhaar information may be used for JIO SIM activation, Offer eligibility checks and fraud-prevention checks, in line with Company's applicable privacy requirements and law.
  16. For issues relating to Benefit crediting, activation or eligibility, Eligible Subscribers may contact Jio Customer Care at 199 / 1800-889-9999 or visit the nearest Jio Store.

VII. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Two or more Benefits cannot be clubbed together. The entitlements under this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. The decision of the Company on the applicability of the Offer to the Eligible Device shall be final and binding.
  2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may, at its sole discretion, determine all criteria for making available any Benefit under the Offer including but not limited to withdrawing any Benefit or category of Benefits, modifying existing Benefits or criteria during the validity of the Offer, withdrawing, modifying or prescribing further conditions for the purposes of making available the Benefit or making available the Benefit to Eligible Subscribers and/or users, otherwise than through the Offer.
  3. The Company recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. The Company intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from the Company for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by participating in the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by the Company and such consent shall remain unaffected by the Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
  4. The Company reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
  5. Company, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
  6. If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
  7. Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and the Company (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and/ or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
  8. In no event shall the Company (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
  9. The Benefits are non-transferable.
  10. The Benefits can be availed only once per the combination of JIO SIM and IMEI.
  11. This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  12. Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes the Company to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to participate in the Offer and avail the Benefits. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with Jio’s Privacy Policy and which are available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy

  14. All disputes arising from these T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India will apply and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
  15. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any inability on the part of an Eligible Subscriber to participate in the Offer, including but not limited to purchasing the Eligible Device and/or making a valid Recharge for the purposes of being invited to the Offer, participation in the Offer, availing any Benefits under the Offer, any difficulty in ascertaining or using redemption code/link associated with a Benefit or any difficulty or disability in connection with device, network service or any other amenity used by the Eligible Subscriber for any of the afore-stated purposes.

All the above Offer Vouchered can be availed by the Eligible Subscriber, provided the Eligible Subscriber meets the eligibility criteria stipulated by Offer Voucher issuing entity.

The charges for offer benefits including the anniversary offer recharge and partner vouchers also consist of One-Time Charge (OTC) against the anniversary benefits worth Rs. 950 allocated upfront towards the delivery and enablement of benefits and partner merchant. The OTC component is fully earned upon recharge execution.
