TWID Offer

Definitions

1. This offer is a promotional initiative provided by Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. ("Pay with Rewards"). It is made available to you on platforms maintained and operated by Jio ("Merchant").
2. The Offer is valid from 1st August 2025 to 31st August 2025 ("Offer Period"), unless extended or revoked by Twid Rewards Global Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion.
3. Customers will get assured savings up to ₹100 on their first successful Mobile recharge (Jio Prepaid), bill payment (Jio Postpaid), or JioFiber transaction of minimum ₹299. This applies once per user who:
   • Completes the transaction on Jio mobile applications ("Platforms");
   • Is enrolled in an associated loyalty program with Pay with Rewards;
   • Does not make the transaction via JioPos Lite or Twid app;
   • Each transaction meeting the above is a "Qualifying Transaction".
4. Cashback will be issued as a Pay with Rewards cashback coupon within 3 days of the transaction. Validity will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.
5. Customers can either use previously earned cashback for a discount or earn new cashback by meeting the above criteria.
6. Only one promo can be applied per transaction. If a previous cashback is used, new cashback will not be issued.
7. The cashback amount will be determined on a random basis.
8. Twid Rewards may disqualify customers from the offer benefits at its sole discretion if any fraudulent activity is identified.
9. This Offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions on the platform.
10. Offer is applicable only once per customer during the offer period.
11. If the order is cancelled (by you, Merchant, or Twid), participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. Any received cashback may be adjusted against refunds.
12. Twid reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace the Offer without prior notice or liability.
13. This Offer is valid only for residents of India.
14. By participating, you agree that Twid and its affiliates are not liable for any losses or damages arising from this Offer.
15. This Offer is governed by Indian laws. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore.
16. Participation is voluntary. By availing, customers accept the terms and release Twid from any related liabilities.
17. Subscription and use of RJIL services are subject to RJIL’s terms, available at Jio.com.
18. Customers making a minimum payment of ₹299 on MyJio for recharge or postpaid bill payment using "Pay with Rewards" during the Offer Period will be eligible to receive savings of up to ₹100. This is valid once per user.
