Paytm Fiber Offer

A. This Offer is being organized, sponsored and run by One97 Communications Limited (hereinafter “One97” or “Paytm”), a company which owns and operates an online marketplace on the website located at the URL: www.paytm.com and Paytm mobile application (hereinafter “Paytm Platform”).

B. The below terms and conditions govern your participation in the Offer. By participating, you (hereinafter referred to as “Participant/User”) shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions, including any changes made by Paytm without prior notice.

Offer: Complete a transaction of ₹499 or more on the Merchant App using RuPay Credit Card via Paytm UPI and get up to ₹300 cashback (assured cashback of ₹20). Limited period offer.

Part A - General T&Cs of the Offer

• This Offer is designed by Paytm for the Users and can be accessed on the Merchant App.
• Offer is valid once per user from 1st August, 2025 to 31st August, 2025.
• To participate and get up to ₹300 cashback, complete a transaction of ₹499 or more on the Merchant App using RuPay Credit Card via Paytm UPI.
• Assured cashback on eligible transactions is ₹20.
• Only transactions done within the offer period using RuPay Credit Card on Paytm UPI are valid.
• Eligible users will receive a scratch card.
• Scratch cards can be found in the ‘Cashback and Offer’ section of the Paytm app.
• Scratch cards will expire 5 days after issuance.
• Upon scratching, cashback is credited to the user's UPI-linked account.
• Cashback will be credited within 24 hours of scratch card redemption.
• This offer is valid once per user during the offer period.
• Offer is provided on a "best effort" basis and is valid only during the offer period.
• Paytm may revoke or cancel suspicious/fraudulent transactions.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions and are non-transferable, non-encashable, and non-refundable.
• Contact Paytm Customer Support for issues.
• Paytm reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. Paytm’s decision will be final.

How to Avail the Cashback

1. Visit the Merchant App.
2. Complete a transaction as per the offer conditions.
3. Receive a scratch card after a successful transaction.
4. Open the ‘Cashback and Offer’ section of the Paytm app.
5. Scratch and redeem your cashback.

Part B - Legal Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in this Offer:
   • Participants authorize Paytm to use their data (e.g., name, photo) for promotional purposes across media.
   • Participants consent to their information being shared with Paytm affiliates/service providers for fulfilling the offer.
   • Participants waive the National Do Not Call Registry restrictions and consent to promotional communication from Paytm.
2. All content on Paytm Platform is for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
3. No warranties of any kind are provided by Paytm regarding the Offer. Participation is at the user’s sole risk.
4. Cashback is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and provision of necessary documentation. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture.
5. Cashbacks are non-transferable and non-assignable unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. Participants agree not to hold Paytm liable for any losses or damages incurred. Paytm’s maximum liability is limited to the cashback value.
7. Paytm may alter, withdraw, or cancel the Offer at any time. Equivalent cashback in other forms may be offered at Paytm’s discretion.
8. Participants shall indemnify Paytm against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation or any third-party data misuse.
9. Paytm and its affiliates are not liable for technical failures, personal injuries, or any indirect damages resulting from the Offer.
10. Participants or their successors shall have no additional claims beyond the Offer and Cashback.
11. The Offer is subject to force majeure events like natural disasters, wars, technical failures, or regulatory changes beyond Paytm’s control.
12. Paytm is not responsible for system errors or technical issues that hinder participation in the Offer.
13. Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver. Paytm may assign rights; participants may not assign their rights or obligations.
14. If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
15. Paytm’s decisions on the Offer are final and binding.
16. Paytm may disqualify users for breach of terms.
17. These T&Cs are in addition to Paytm’s general terms available on its platform.
18. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible.
19. This Offer is governed by Indian laws and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
