Yes, you can upgrade your Netflix plan by paying only differential amount to Jio, instead of upgrading the JioFiber plan altogether. Upgrade can happen in 2 ways:
- You can upgrade during Netflix subscription activation via MyJio/Jio.com
- At a later stage by directly visiting Netflix.com:
- You can change your Netflix plan at any time by signing in to Netflix.com and visiting your Netflix account page
- Then select ‘Change Plan’ to view and select available Netflix plans
- Once selected, new plan is effective immediately
- You will receive an SMS with payment link to pay the differential amount
- Make the payment and enjoy the benefits of upgraded Netflix plan
You can get a free SonyLIV subscription in India by choosing a JioHome broadband plan that offers bundled 13+ OTT apps with plans starting at Rs. 599 onwards.
If you are on JioHome plan with bundled OTT subscriptions (JioHome 999 or above), by default you will be logged in automatically via Jio’s auto-login process for most of the bundled apps (Except Amazon, Netflix). For Amazon or Netflix, you need to manually log in with your Amazon ID or Netflix ID.
If you are not on an eligible OTT plan (JioHome 699 or JioHome 399), you can log in with your account.
