Why can't I make or receive Wi-Fi calls?
If you are unable to make or receive Wi-Fi calls, it might be due to one of the following reasons:
  • You have not upgraded to the latest device software update available.
  • The Wi-Fi Calling setting is turned off in your Device Settings. Visit our webpage to learn how to activate Wi-Fi Calling.
  • You are not eligible to use Wi-Fi Calling. Please check the eligibility requirements.
  • You do not have access to a high-speed and stable Wi-Fi internet connection.
Note: For a seamless and uninterrupted experience, you should keep both VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling switched on.
