There are 4 types of call forwarding offered by Jio, which you can enable directly from your handset:

• Call Forwarding Unconditional: All calls to your Jio number will be forwarded to the 10-digit number configured by you.

• Call Forwarding No Answer: In case of no answer from your Jio number, calls will be forwarded to the 10-digit number configured by you.

• Call Forwarding Busy: In case your Jio number is busy, calls will be forwarded to the 10-digit number configured by you.

• Call Forwarding Not Reachable: In case your Jio number is not reachable, calls will be forwarded to the 10-digit number configured by you.

Note: iPhone settings only support unconditional call forwarding.
