Do Not Disturb (DND) FAQ

You can activate DND using MyJio app or Jio.com:

Using MyJio App:

• Open MyJio App
• Tap on Profile Icon and select ‘Settings’ option
• Tap on ‘Service settings’
• Tap on ‘Do not Disturb’
• Scroll down & choose the respective DND service which you want to Block and select ‘Save’ option
• Tap on ‘Proceed’ to confirm

From Jio.com:

• Visit Jio Login page
• Tap on ‘Settings’ icon on the home page
• Tap on ‘Service settings’
• Tap on ‘Do not Disturb’
• Scroll down & choose the respective DND service which you want to Block and select ‘Save’ option
• Tap on ‘Submit’ to confirm

Other options to Activate DND:

• SMS: Send START 0 to 1909.
• Call: Dial 1909 from your Jio number.

You will receive a confirmation SMS with a unique registration number on submitting the request for DND activation. Your DND preference will be updated within 24 hours.
