Prepaid Account - IR Activation FAQ

If your Jio SIM is not connecting to a network while using Jio International Roaming, switch your network mode to LTE and manually select a partner network if your device does not connect automatically.

For iPhone:

1. Open Settings and tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data.
2. Select your Jio SIM.
3. Tap Voice & Data and change the network mode to LTE.
4. Go back and tap Network Selection.
5. Turn off Automatic.
6. Wait for available networks to load and select a network from the list.

For Android:

1. Open Settings and tap Mobile Networks.
2. Select Network Mode and choose LTE Preferred.
3. If your device does not connect automatically, tap Network Operators.
4. Turn off Automatic.
5. Select a partner network from the available list.

You can also refer to the Jio International Roaming country  list to check the available networks in your destination country.
