My Jio Fiber Set Top box is not working. How can I fix it?

If your Jio Set Top Box (STB) is not working or facing performance issues, you can easily diagnose and fix common problems using the Run Diagnostics feature in the MyJio app.
This tool helps you check key parameters such as STB connectivity status, video resolution, RAM/ROM utilisation, and more.

Follow these steps to troubleshoot your Jio Set Top Box:
  • Open the MyJio app on your mobile.
  • Select the ‘Fiber’ tab from the top menu.
  • Tap on ‘JioCare’ from the bottom bar to open the Run Diagnostics section.
  • Tap on ‘Run Diagnostics’.
  • If any issues are detected, tap ‘Fix Now’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

Tip: Make sure your set-top box is powered on and connected to your JioFiber Wi-Fi network before running diagnostics for accurate results.
