To make TV video calls via the Jio Set Top Box, you need to sign up on the JioJoin app:

• Download the JioJoin app from JioStore on the Set Top box.
• Once downloaded, the Jio Video Call app guides you through registration and profile set-up process.
• You need to enter your name and gender.
• After that, set up your profile with a photo by clicking a snap of yourself.
• Once the profile is completed; JioVideoCall is ready for use.

With that, you’re all set for TV video calls and conferencing, offering an experience as close as meeting your loved ones in person.
