Can I activate Call Forwarding on my JioFiberVoice number?

Yes, you can activate Call Forwarding on your JioFiberVoice number so you don’t miss calls on your landline device or any connected smartphones/Jio Set Top Boxes.
You can enable different types of call forwarding based on your needs. Below are all the options and the short codes to activate or deactivate them:
  1. Unconditional Call Forwarding
    Forward every incoming call on your JioFiberVoice number to another number.
    Activate: Dial *401*
    Deactivate: Dial *402
  2. Call Forwarding on No Reply (CFNR)
    Forward calls when you don’t pick up an incoming call on any connected extension.
    Activate: Dial *403*
    Deactivate: Dial *404
  3. Call Forwarding on Number Busy (CFB)
    Forward calls when your JioFiberVoice number is busy on another call.
    Activate: Dial *405*
    Deactivate: Dial *406
  4. Call Forwarding on Not Reachable (CFNRc)
    Forward calls when your JioFiberVoice number is out of coverage or not reachable.
    Activate: Dial *409*
    Deactivate: Dial *410
    Deactivate all forwarding settings at once
In case multiple call forwarding settings are done, all can be deactivated at the same time by dialling *413.
