Will my current JioFiber plan be transferred to the new location?
Yes, your current JioFiber plan will be transferred to a new location in case you are relocating within the same state and JioFiber is available at that location.
If not, you will need to take a new connection, however the balance unused validity (net of GST) will get transferred to your account in the form of voucher that you can redeem against plan payment of new connection installation or a positive outstanding bill.
