How do I check my JioFiber plan balance & validity?
You can check your JioFiber internet plan, data quota, and balance directly on Jio.com. Simply, sign in using your registered mobile number or JioFiber Service ID. After signing in, go to 'My Plans' to view your active plan, bill cycle or validity, outstanding amount, and remaining data balance.
You can also check your plan details on the MyJio app by following these steps:
- Log in to the MyJio app using your Registered Mobile Number or JioFiber Service ID.
- Tap the Home tab and go to the Plan section.
- Select View Plan to see your:
- Current active plan
- Plan validity or bill cycle
- Remaining data balance
- Additional plan benefits like OTT subscriptions, if applicable
Both methods give you a clear view of your JioFiber plan, so you always know your balance, data usage, and validity.
