How can I troubleshoot OTT apps linked to my JioFiber account?

If you’re facing issues with OTT apps linked to your JioFiber account, try the following steps on your TV powered by the Jio Set Top Box:
  1. Click on 'Settings' (top right corner of STB Home Screen).
  2. Select the 'Account, Storage & Reset' option.
  3. Select 'Account & Profiles'
  4. Go to ‘Jio Account' and check if your name is displayed.
    • If displayed, click on 'Change Account' and then log in through mobile OTP verification, against the desired JioHome account.
    • If not displayed, log in through mobile OTP verification against the desired JioHome account.
  5. Click on 'Settings' (top right corner of STB Home Screen)
  6. Select 'Applications' and select 'Downloaded Apps'.
  7. Select the app you are facing an issue with -> Clear Data -> Confirm. Now open the app and recheck.
After completing these steps, reboot your Jio Set Top Box and relaunch the OTT app. Your OTT service should now function smoothly.
