How can I change my JioFiber installation appointment schedule?
You can change your JioFiber installation appointment by visiting the Jio.com track order page and updating your preferred time slot.
Once you enter your order details, you’ll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. After you validate the OTP, you’ll be able to reschedule the appointment instantly.
If you’re waiting for your connection, you can also use the same page to track your JioFiber order status, check technician details, and view upcoming installation steps.
Make sure your phone is reachable so the JioFiber team can contact you quickly on the day of installation.
For faster activation, keep your address details handy and ensure someone is available at home during your selected time slot.
