About JioFiber FAQ

You get one JioFiberVoice landline number with each JioFiber account. This number is linked to your Jio Home Gateway and can be used for both voice and video calling.

Even though you receive one landline number, you can use it in multiple ways:

• You can connect one landline phone directly to your JioFiber router.
• You can also set up the same JioFiberVoice number on up to six smartphones or Jio Set Top Boxes using the JioJoin app.
• All devices will share the same landline number, giving you flexibility to make and receive calls from anywhere inside your home.

At any given time, one device will handle the active call, but all configured devices will ring for incoming calls.

This setup gives you the convenience of a traditional landline with the flexibility of smart calling across multiple devices, without needing extra wiring or separate landline connections.
