Prepaid to postpaid FAQ

Migrating from JioFiber Prepaid to Postpaid is quick and seamless. Just follow these steps:

• Log in to your JioFiber account on the MyJio app.
• Select the Prepaid to Postpaid migration banner and get started
• Enter the OTP received on your Registered Mobile Number for verification
• Choose the plan from available options (1/3/6/12 months) and make the payment

That’s it! Your migration request will be processed, and you’ll receive updates via SMS/Email on your registered details. The new postpaid plan will be activated within 30 minutes, and any unused prepaid balance will be credited to your postpaid account.
