What is the process to migrate from JioFiber Prepaid to JioFiber Postpaid?

Migrating from JioFiber Prepaid to Postpaid is quick, seamless, and completely online. You can switch plans in just a few minutes through the MyJio app, without needing a technician visit or new device.
    Here’s how to migrate to JioFiber Postpaid:
  1. Log in to the MyJio app using your registered mobile number and select JioFiber.
  2. On the homepage, tap the Prepaid to Postpaid Migration banner to begin.
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
  4. Choose your preferred postpaid plan from the available 1/3/6/12-month advance rental options.
  5. Complete the payment for the selected plan.
That’s all! Your migration request will be processed instantly. You’ll receive confirmation and updates via SMS and email on your registered details. Your new JioFiber Postpaid plan will be activated within 30 minutes.

What happens to my existing prepaid balance? Any unused prepaid validity or benefits will be adjusted to your Postpaid account in the form of credits, depending on eligibility.
