What happens to the security deposit of my JioFiber prepaid plan when I migrate to postpaid?
When your service is migrated from JioFiber Prepaid to Postpaid, the refundable security deposit paid at the time of prepaid activation also gets migrated to postpaid. This refundable security deposit shall be returned only if you choose to discontinue your JioFiber connection completely and return the device (Router, Jio Set Top Box, etc.) in good and working condition.
