Device FAQ

How can I check the number of devices connected to my Jio Home Gateway?

You can easily check all devices connected to your JioFiber Home Gateway using the MyJio app. This helps you monitor who is using your Wi-Fi, manage network load, and keep your home internet secure.

Here is how to view the full list of connected devices on your JioFiber router:
  1. Go to the MyJio app app and log in with your JioFiber Account.
  2. Tap on Home and go to 'My Device' in the footer menu and wait a few seconds while your JioFiber Router details load.
  3. Scroll down to Wi-Fi Settings and tap on 'Connected Devices' to view the connected devices.
Once the page loads, you will now see the complete list of ‘Connected Devices’, including smartphones, laptops, TVs, set-top boxes, and any other devices currently using your Wi-Fi network.
This helps you instantly understand how many devices are connected and identify any unknown or suspicious devices.
Good to know:
  1. You can block or unblock devices directly from this screen (available for JioFiber customers, AirFiber Users can log in to the JioHome app to block or unblock devices).
  2. You can also watch a step-by-step video on how to manage your JioFiber Router settings, including viewing and controlling connected devices.
