Where can I check my balance details using the MyJio app?
You can check your Jio balance using the MyJio application by following the steps below:
- Open the MyJio app and log in with OTP (One-time Password)
- Your high-speed data balance will be displayed along with validity on the home page
- You can also view your active and upcoming plan details, balance, and validity from the Mobile or Fiber mini apps. Go to the ‘My plans’ section and tap on ‘View Details’ to check your balance.
