MyJio FAQ

Statement is a summary of your Outgoing Call, SMS & Internet usage details, recharge history, active plans, and top-up balance. You can generate a 30-day statement for any period within the last 6 months.

Using the MyJio app:

• Open the MyJio app
• Tap Mobile on the home screen.
• Go to Recharges & History and select My Statement.
• Choose the required period and tap View to generate the statement.

Using Jio.com:

• Log in using OTP.
• Under Recharges & Payments, click Statement.
• Select the required period and tap View.

From both MyJio and Jio.com, you can download the statement as a PDF or have it sent to your registered email address.

Please note that the statement does not include details of incoming calls. To view incoming call details, please refer to your mobile phone's call logs.
