The ‘Statement’ is a snapshot of your usage details and recharge history, along with your plans and top-up balance. You can generate a 30-day statement anytime for usage in the last 6 months. Given below are the steps:

Using the MyJio app:

• Open the MyJio app on your mobile device
• From the home screen, tap on ‘Mobile’
• Scroll down to the ‘Recharges & History’ section and select ‘My Statement’
• Select the period and tap 'View' to generate the statement

From here, you can download the statement as a PDF or get it emailed to yourself.

Using Jio.com:

• Log in with OTP
• Click on 'Statement' in the 'Recharges & Payments' section
• Select the period and tap 'View' to generate the statement

With that, you get the option to either download the statement as PDF or get it emailed to yourself.
