How to track the status of my order for a new Jio connection?
Click here to track the order status of your new Jio connection.
You can also track the order status on the MyJio app.
- Log in to the MyJio app
- Tap on 'Menu' and select 'Jio Care: Help & support' or tap on ‘JioCare’ from account summary section
- Tap on Track order
Alternatively, you can SMS your Jio number or Order number to 6000060000 to know the status of the order through SMS.
