You can clickhere to track the order status of your new Jio connection.

You can also track the order status on the MyJio app. Just follow these steps.

1. Open the MyJio app on your mobile device
2. From the home screen, tap on ‘Mobile’
3. Scroll down to the ‘JioCare’ section, tap on ‘View all’ and select ‘Track order’

Alternatively, you can SMS your Jio number or Order Reference Number to 6000060000 and get the status of the order through SMS.
