You can locate the nearest Jio store using both, the MyJio app and Jio.com. Just choose one of the below platforms and follow the respective steps.

Using MyJio app:

• On the MyJio app, select 'Mobile' on the home screen and then, scroll down to the ‘Useful links’ section. Over there, tap on ‘View all’ and select ‘Store locator’.
• With that, a list of the nearest Jio store locations along with their addresses will be displayed. For best results, enable the GPS feature on your handset to get details of the store closest to you.
• After that, select a store from the list to view the location on the map or use the search option to find stores in any location.

Using Jio.com:

• Scroll down to the 'Find a store' option in the ‘Need guidance’ section.
• With that, a list of the nearest Jio store locations along with their addresses will be displayed.
• Select a store from the list, to view the location on the map or use the search option to find stores in any location.
