My Contacts are not syncing. What should I do?
If your contacts are not getting synced, you can run the following checks :

- Ensure that there is uninterrupted internet connectivity during backup/syncing. In case there is a loss in connectivity loss, the sync or backup gets paused and will resume once connectivity is back.
- Go to the Settings menu> 'Auto Backup' option & check that ‘Contact backup’ is enabled.
- Check if the ‘How to Backup’ settings (within Network settings) is enabled as per your requirement.
- Note that JioCloud only syncs your phone and Google contacts. Other contacts on the SIM, Facebook, Whatsapp etc. do not get synced.
