Welcome to the terms and conditions ("T&C") for the Jio Prime Plan. These Terms are between you and Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited and/or its affiliates ("Jio" or "Us" or “We”) and govern our respective rights and obligations.

DEFINITIONS

• "Jio Prime Pass" shall mean a special one-time membership offer provided on recharge of ₹300. It offers customers a one-year Price Guarantee on eligible Jio plans along with exclusive member benefits such as cashback vouchers, priority support and early access to selected Jio products and services.
• This Offer is applicable for prepaid plans and pre on post recharges of RJIO only.
• "Offer Benefits" shall mean the benefits as shown herein-below.
• "RJIO" shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
• "T&C" shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

Offer Benefits

Customer purchasing Jio Prime recharge shall get below benefits:

1. Price Guarantee until September 5, 2027: Protection against future tariff hikes on eligible regular recharge plans i.e. the recharge on which the customer is active at the time of opting Prime of Rs. 300. The subscribers can continue opting for this recharge at the original locked price until September 5, 2027, even if Jio raises tariffs in the interim
2. ₹300 Jio SIM Cashback Vouchers: Distributed as 3 cashback vouchers of ₹100 Jio on a new Jio Mobile connection having Jio Prime Pass mobile number as RMN – These cashback vouchers are redeemable on recharge of Rs 349 and above.
3. JioHome Vouchers: Distributed as 2 JioHome cashback vouchers of ₹100 on New JioHome connection with Jio Prime Pass number as RMN– redeemable on Prepaid/ Pre-on-Post recharges/ Postpaid bill payments
4. JioPC Cashback Vouchers: Distributed as 1 JioPC voucher of ₹100 on new JioPC connection with Jio Prime Pass number as RMN – redeemable on future recharges.
5. Priority Customer Support & Early Access: Priority assistance including on-demand callback services and early access to select new Jio product trials.

The Price Guarantee does not apply to Top-ups, standalone Data add-ons, International Roaming (IR) packs, or ISD recharges.

If customer takes a new JioHome connection first he / she gets the cashback vouchers on JioHome. If JioPC connection is taken first, customer gets JioPC vouchers.

All benefits are inclusive of taxes

All vouchers are credited to the customer’s MyJio account within 7 days of successful Jio Prime Recharge

All vouchers must be redeemed within 7 months from the date of purchasing the Jio Prime membership. Unused vouchers expire automatically.

The vouchers cannot be combined together into a single ₹300 discount. They must be redeemed one by one in ₹100 denominations.

Rs 300 recharge will be not be reversible in wrong recharge reversal window.

Old plans will not be listed in TPA & GT POS. All TPP recharges will be available in Jio.com, MyJio and RR POS

Customer cannot buy vouchers with Prime. Tariff protection is limited to recharges on the Prime customers mobile number.

Terms and Conditions of the Pack ("T&C")

• These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
• RRL/RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RJIL intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Pack and any upcoming offers from RRL/RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by opting for this pack, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RJIL and such consent shall remain unaffected by Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call ("NDNC") registry under the relevant category stipulated therefore.
• RJIL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Pack at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Pack, shall not undergo any change.
• RJIL, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Pack, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
• If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Pack is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Pack.
• In no event shall RRL (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Pack.
• The Pack Benefits are non-transferable.
• This Pack is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
• Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RRL/RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Pack. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy and RRL Privacy Policy which are available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy and https://relianceretail.com/privacy-policy.html, respectively.
