I. OFFER DESCRIPTION

The Canva Offer (“Offer”) is a limited-period promotional offer being made available to Eligible Subscribers by Jio Platforms Limited (“Jio”), in partnership with Canva Pty Ltd (“Canva”).

Under this Offer, Eligible Subscribers will be eligible to avail a free Subscription to the Canva Offerings for a period up to 12 (twelve) months or for such other period as may be defined by Jio from time to time, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (“Free Trial Period”). By availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber agrees to the following terms and conditions:

II. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• “Company” means Jio and/or such of its affiliates, associates, representatives, or service providers as may be nominated by Jio from time to time.
• “Canva Offerings” means the premium subscription service made available by Canva, which includes Canva Pro and Canva ProLite, as determined by Canva from time to time.
• “MyJio/Jio.com” means the application and/or the website through which a Subscriber recharges its Valid Mobile Number.
• “Subscribers” means an active subscriber availing telecommunication services from the Company.
• “Subscription” means the free trial subscription to Canva Offerings for the Free Trial Period, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated hereinunder.
• “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions governing the Offer, as amended by the Company from time to time.
• “Valid Mobile Number” means an active mobile number provided by the Company.

III. OFFER PERIOD

The Offer Period commences on 16th September 2026 and remains valid for 12 (twelve) months from that date (“Offer Period”), or such other period as the Company may decide. You are advised to check MyJio/Jio.com regularly for updates.

IV. ELIGIBILITY

The Offer is available to Subscribers holding a Valid Mobile Number, who satisfy the eligibility requirements set by the Company from time to time (“Eligible Subscriber”). Eligibility may be based on your recharge plan, account status, or other criteria determined by the Company. Company reserves the right to verify, modify, or withdraw eligibility requirements, or restrict access to the Subscription, without prior notice.

V. OFFER DETAILS

• To avail the Offer, Eligible Subscribers must access MyJio or Jio.com (or any other channel through which the Offer is promoted) during the Offer Period. The tier of Canva Offering-Canva Pro or Canva Pro Lite you receive depends on the recharge plan of your Valid Mobile Number at the time of claiming. The applicable Canva Offering subscription tier will be displayed to the Eligible Subscriber at the time of claiming.
• Once claimed, the Eligible Subscriber cannot switch between Canva Pro and Canva Pro Lite under the Offer. However, the Eligible Subscriber may upgrade to a paid Canva subscription at any time in accordance with Canva’s applicable terms.
• Eligible Subscribers can visit MyJio/Jio.com, or use any other mode in which the Offer has been promoted to such Eligible Subscriber by the Company and sign up at Canva with an active email ID or mobile number. Subscriber will be asked to sign-up with a valid email ID or mobile number on Canva activation page. If the Subscriber faces any issues with his/ her sign-up process, then the same may be addressed to Canva.
• The Offer is available only to Subscribers who have never held a paid Canva subscription of any tier, and who hold a Valid Mobile Number. The Subscription is activated from the date you claim the Offer in accordance with these terms and conditions and activate your Canva account. Please log in using the same account used during activation to access your Subscription.
• Only one redemption per Eligible Subscriber is allowed for the lifetime of such subscriber.
• The Subscription will not auto-renew after the Free Trial Period ends. At the end of your Free Trial Period, your Canva account will automatically revert to the free Canva tier. You may choose to upgrade to a paid Canva subscription directly with Canva at any time after your Free Trial Period ends.
• The benefits under this Offer are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
• The Company may contact Eligible Subscribers for the purposes of promotion, marketing, or for providing information regarding new features, benefits, or updates related to this Offer.
• The Canva service is provided to you by Canva under Canva’s Terms of Use, available at https://www.canva.com/policies/terms-of-use/. Company is not responsible for any restricted access or limited functionality resulting from conditions imposed by Canva. Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the delivery, performance, or quality of the Canva service. Any concerns or issues related to your use of Canva must be addressed directly to Canva's support at https://www.canva.com/en_in/help/contact-us/.
• Company will have no liability against any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Canva products and services including the Canva service or for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature caused to Eligible Subscribers or any third party in connection with the subsistence of the Canva products and services. Any issues related to claims, issues, damages or losses with regards to the quality or functionality of the Canva service should be escalated to Canva by the Eligible Subscriber directly. Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the technical performance or uninterrupted availability of the Canva services.
• If the Eligible Subscriber is facing any difficulties with respect to making any recharge to its Valid Mobile Number for accessing the Offer through the MyJio/ Jio.com, then the same may be addressed to care@jio.com.

VI. CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION PROCESS

• If your Jio recharge plan changes to one that no longer meets the eligibility criteria during the Free Trial Period, then the Company may suspend or cancel your access to the Subscription. The Free Trial Period duration will not be extended due to any period of suspension.
• If you port out of Jio or cease to hold a Valid Mobile Number during the Subscription Period, your Subscription may be suspended. No new redemptions will be available after porting out.
• The Subscription may also be cancelled or revoked, at the sole discretion of Canva, in the following cases:
  1. In accordance with its terms of use;
  2. if the Eligible Subscriber deletes his or her email account; or
  3. If the Eligible Subscriber chooses to cancel the Subscription.
• The free trial Subscription shall be cancelled if you switch to a paid Canva subscription.

VII. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• These Terms and Conditions shall be read concomitantly with the terms and conditions of the customer application form or ‘CAF’ executed by the Eligible Subscriber to avail Company’s services.
• By availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber confirms that he or she has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the Offer, its criteria, at its sole discretion.
• Jio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
• The Offer is subject to TRAI, DoT, or other statutory authority guidelines issued from time to time and Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, suspend or prematurely withdraw the Offer at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or such other applicable statutory changes without any notice and the Eligible Subscriber is advised to check regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions.
• Eligible Subscribers’ personal data will be processed in line with Company’s Privacy Policy.
• Dispute shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
