₹3,599 Annual Plan Offer on Jio 10th Anniversary

1. Definitions

  1. Eligible Subscriber means an active prepaid or postpaid subscriber of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited ("RJIL") who successfully recharges with the ₹3,599 Annual Plan during the Offer Period on an eligible mobile connection (MSISDN).
  2. Jio 10th Anniversary Benefits refer to the bundled digital benefits, vouchers, subscriptions, and partner coupons worth up to ₹2,000, provided as part of this Offer.
  3. Offer means the limited-period promotional campaign titled "₹3,599 Annual Plan Offer on Jio 10th Anniversary."
  4. Offer Period shall commence on 04 September 2026 and continue until withdrawn by RJIL.
  5. This Offer is applicable only on eligible prepaid and postpaid recharges as defined by RJIL from time to time.
  6. RJIL reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Jio 10th Anniversary Benefits

Eligible Subscribers recharging with the ₹3,599 Annual Plan during the Offer Period shall receive the following benefits:

A. 10 GB Data Add-on Vouchers (12 Vouchers)

  • Twelve (12) standalone data vouchers of 10 GB each will be credited to the subscriber's account.
  • Each voucher shall be valid for 30 days from the date of redemption.
  • Vouchers will be available under the "Vouchers" section of the MyJio application.
  • Subscribers must manually redeem the vouchers through MyJio.
  • Unredeemed vouchers shall expire upon completion of their validity period.

B. JioTV Monthly Content Packs (12 Packs)

  • Twelve (12) monthly content entitlement packs worth ₹55 each shall be provisioned.
  • Each pack shall remain valid for 30 days.
  • Access shall be provided through JioTV and associated partner platforms.
  • Benefits are linked exclusively to the recharged Jio number.

C. EaseMyTrip Benefit (Worth up to ₹2,220)

  • One (1) unique EaseMyTrip coupon code shall be credited under the "Coupons & My Winnings" section of MyJio.
  • The coupon provides discounts of up to ₹2,220 on eligible domestic and international flight bookings, subject to applicable partner terms and conditions.

D. AJIO Shopping Voucher (Worth ₹200)

  • One (1) AJIO coupon worth ₹200 shall be provided.
  • Applicable on purchases meeting the minimum transaction criteria specified on the coupon.
  • Redemption is available through the AJIO website or mobile application.

E. Cinépolis Benefits

Movie Ticket Voucher

  • Flat ₹150 discount on movie ticket bookings.
  • Applicable on a minimum booking value of ₹550.
  • Minimum purchase of 2 tickets required.

Food & Beverage Voucher

  • Discount worth ₹100 on eligible food and beverage purchases at participating Cinépolis cinemas.

Voucher Redemption Rules

  • All telecom-related vouchers, including Data Vouchers and JioTV Packs, must be redeemed through the MyJio application.
  • Partner coupons are issued and serviced by respective third-party partners.
    • RJIL acts only as a distributor of such partner benefits and shall not be responsible for: Redemption failures, Booking cancellations, Service interruptions, Merchant-specific disputes
    • All vouchers and coupons: Are non-transferable, Cannot be exchanged for cash, Cannot be assigned, sold, or bartered, Shall be used only by the Eligible Subscriber

Billing & Forfeiture Conditions

The ₹3,599 tariff (inclusive of applicable taxes) comprises:

  1. Core Telecom Services Component : Unlimited Voice, SMS Benefits, Daily Data Benefits & Validity of 365 days
  2. One-Time Charge (OTC) Component
    • Upfront value allocated toward anniversary benefits, digital subscriptions, vouchers, and partner coupons worth up to ₹2,000.

The OTC component shall be deemed fully earned upon successful recharge and shall be non-refundable.

Forfeiture of Benefits

The following benefits shall stand forfeited without refund if:

  • The subscriber ports out from RJIL (MNP-out);
  • The SIM/connection is voluntarily deactivated;
  • The subscriber becomes ineligible under applicable RJIL policies.

Benefits liable for forfeiture include:

  • Unredeemed partner coupons;
  • Unused data vouchers;
  • JioTV monthly packs;
  • Digital subscriptions and associated benefits.

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Offer is a limited-period promotional program and is available only during the Offer Period.
  2. These Terms & Conditions shall be read in conjunction with: Customer Application Form (CAF), Jio service terms and conditions & Jio Prime Membership terms, wherever applicable
  3. By availing the Offer, the subscriber consents to receive promotional communication regarding this Offer and future RJIL/RRL offers, irrespective of registration under NDNC/DND categories, to the extent permitted under applicable regulations. RJIL/RRL reserves the right to: Modify, Suspend, Replace, Withdraw, or Terminate the Offer or any related benefit at any time without prior notice.
  4. Benefits already credited prior to withdrawal of the Offer shall continue as per applicable validity.
  5. RJIL may substitute any partner benefit with an equivalent or similar benefit at its sole discretion, subject to regulatory compliance.
  6. Standard Fair Usage Policy (FUP) and applicable telecom regulations shall apply.
  7. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
  8. RJIL, RRL, their affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Offer.
  9. The Offer and all associated benefits are non-transferable.
  10. The Offer shall be governed by applicable laws, including directions and regulations issued by:
    • Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)
    • Department of Telecommunications (DoT)
    • Any other competent statutory authority
  11. Subscribers authorize RJIL/RRL to collect and process personal information necessary for administration of the Offer and sharing with participating partners solely for benefit fulfillment purposes.

  13. Participation in the Offer shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Annexure A – Cinépolis Movie Voucher

  • Flat ₹150 discount on a minimum ticket booking value of ₹550.
  • Minimum purchase of 2 movie tickets required.
  • Valid on Cinépolis website and mobile application only.
  • Applicable across eligible cinemas, formats, and movies.
  • Not valid on Tuesdays.
  • Can be redeemed once per user per month.
  • Coupon validity up to 12 October 2026.

Annexure B – Cinépolis F&B Voucher

  • Flat discount of ₹100 on eligible food and beverage purchases.
  • Minimum purchase criteria may apply.
  • Valid only at Cinépolis food and beverage counters.
  • Applicable on all operational days.
  • Coupon validity up to 12 October 2026.

Annexure C – AJIO Coupon

  • Flat ₹200 discount on a minimum purchase value of ₹1,000.
  • Valid on select eligible products.
  • Coupon code must be applied at checkout.
  • Valid until 31 December 2026.
  • One-time use per customer.
  • Non-transferable and non-encashable.

Annexure D – EaseMyTrip Coupon

  • Discount up to ₹2,220 on flight bookings.
  • Valid for both domestic and international travel.
  • Applicable for new as well as existing users.
  • Valid on one-way and round-trip bookings.
  • Convenience fees, taxes, and statutory charges shall apply separately.
    • Discount structure: 1 Passenger: ₹555, 2 Passengers: ₹1,110, 3 Passengers: ₹1,665, 4 Passengers: ₹2,220
  • Valid until 31 December 2026.
