What if I get a defective Jio product?
In case you have received a defective/damaged Jio product, you have to contact the Device Care toll-free number 1800-890-9999 within 7 days from the date of delivery. Our Device Care team shall support you through a phone call to resolve the defect. In case the defect remains, our Device Care team shall direct you to visit the nearest Jio Centre, where the product will be checked.
