The order status says that my device has been delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?
In case your item/items have not arrived and the order status has been updated as ‘Delivered’, here's what you should do:
- Check whether your delivery address is mentioned correctly
- Check the tracking information of the items
- Enter your Order ID on the website of our delivery partner (courier) and track the status
