The order status says that my device has been delivered, but I did not receive it, what should I do?
If your item/items have not arrived yet the order status has been updated as ‘Delivered’ :
Check whether your delivery address is mentioned correctly Check the tracking information of the items
Enter your Order ID on the website of our Delivery Partner (courier) and track the status
If you are still unable to trace your order, please register a complaint with us on our toll free E-commerce helpline number 1800 893 3399.
