My order is delayed. What should I do?
While in-time delivery is of the highest priority to us, sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, there might be a delay in delivery. If we foresee any delay in your delivery, we will keep you informed about the same over email and SMS.
You can track the status of your order on the Jio website using the ‘Track order’ link. Enter your Order ID to track the package.
