How to make sure that emails from don’t go into my spam folder?
We take extreme effort to ensure that the mailboxes of our customers are not spammed. However, due to personal/aggregator settings, sometimes our emails might land in your spam/junk mail folder. Please add our Jio email ID to your trusted sender's list to avoid the same.
