I am on a JioFiber 999 plan. Can I change my JioFiber plan to 399/699?
Your JioFiber 999 plan offers you a FREE 4K Jio STB device along with complimentary access to premium OTT apps, 550+ channels in 15+ languages and 7 days of access to your favourite program.
You can still enjoy the benefits of unlimited broadband and unlimited entertainment by opting for a bill plan change to 399 and 699 variants bundled with premium content.
In case you still wish to change your plan to 399/699 broadband only plans, you need to place request to return your Jio STB via Jio Customer Care.
Please note: If you downgrade from 999 plan to 399/699 plan, your speed will get reduced from 150 Mbps to 30 Mbps on 399 plan and 100 Mbps on 699 plan respectively.
Once your device is picked up by a Jio technician, you can visit MyJio/Jio.com to place the request to change your current plan to 399 or 699 plan.
