Jio Support

I have added JioExtender device to my network, but JioHome application doesn't display it.

Kindly ensure that you have followed the correct steps mentioned under Add new device section of the side menu. If everything is fine, pull down(refresh) the My Network screen to get latest network information. In case problem is not resolved please contact JioFiber Customer Care or send an email to JioFiberCare@jio.com.
