I am not able to use internet from my devices connected to JioExtender Unit, what shall I do?

Here is the checklist:
  • Check if your device is connected to correct Jio WiFi network name.
  • Ensure, WiFi LED of JioExtender unit is green or amber. Refer to LED guidelines for further info.
  • Check internet icon in JioHome app. It should be blue.
  • Move your device near to JioExtender unit or JioFiber Router.
  • If problem still exists, please contact Support Centre or send an email to JioFiberCare@jio.com.
