Can I change my JioFiber plan/offer after activation?
Yes, you can change your JioFiber plan any time after activation through the MyJio application or Jio.com. While requesting a plan change, you need to pay advance payment along with the GST amount of the selected plan and duration. This payment shall be adjusted in the upcoming bills. The new plan shall be effective from 00:00 hrs of the next day.
Please note - The bill plan change option is available only once a billing cycle.
